    C. Part 1- went all the way up and back dowqn the ladder with 115#

  2. No snatches for me today wrist hurt to bad.

    B. replaced OHS with front squats

    C. Did hang squat cleans with 185 and completed the ladder.

    OHS- 82, 87, 92
    Snatch ladder- 25 reps at 63#. Failed last set of 5 twice. Grrr.

    Completely modified 20 min amrap. Did 10 rounds of, unbroken, 5 pullups, 25 squats, 40 singles.
